Student Software Purchasing
Microsoft Student Select Program
As an OLLU student, you are eligible to purchase certain Microsoft software at a substantial discount through an agreement between Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT) and Technology Resource Center (TRC).
These items do not include any manuals, just the installation CD and the license to use the software.
Purchase methods:
On-line with credit card:
- Go to the ICUT/TRC web store at:

- Choose product, then create a customer account.
- Be sure to complete the on-line Electronic Student Select Software User Agreement form, linked on the item select page above, or at: https://esite.shoptrc.com/licensing/studentagreement.aspx
- Complete the shopping cart checkout process.
- Send Student Verification, a copy of either your dated Student ID or your dated current class schedule, by fax to (413) 702-8694 or electronically via e-mail to id@gotrc.com. Please reference your order number when submitting your documents to ensure prompt delivery.
By mail with check or money order:
- Call TRC at 800.517.2320 for exact total cost, including shipping, on the item you want. Be sure to reference the Student Select item # from the chart above.
- Go on-line and complete the PDF order form available at: http://esite.shoptrc.com/docs/OrderForm.pdf
- Print out the completed order form.
- Also, print out a blank Student Select Software User Agreement form from: https://esite.shoptrc.com/licensing/studentagreement.aspx
- Fill in and sign that form.
- Mail your check, the completed order form, completed User Agreement form, and a copy of either your dated Student ID or your dated current class schedule to:
