Administrative Technology - Common Information

The Administrative Technology (AdTS) unit of LITS is responsible for the information and support systems of the University. Datatel's Colleague serves as the university ERP. The AdTS has recently implemented TouchNet's student E-commerce system and the Stromberg Timekeeping system. Each of these systems has Colleague interface facilities.

WebAdvisor is the web front-end that allows students, faculty and staff access to their personal information. Access requests can be made to the Colleague support mailbox (colleague.support@lake.ollusa.edu). Entry to WebAdvisor is provided through the University website.

Questions and Issues should be directed to the Colleague Support Mailbox (colleague.support@lake.ollusa.edu). This mailbox is monitored by the Administrative Technology staff and will provide for the quickest possible resolution.
